In the middle of nature, at only 2 km from the Monte Tezio Natural Park, and one km from the little village of Colle Umberto, you will find the ancient residence of the Morlunghi Family. The position of the estate is ideal: near pine and oak woods, interrupted here and there by villas and farms and, according to season, by fields of wheat, sunflowers and tobacco. In the front garden, there is a large area with furniture and games for small children. Our guests can play volley ball and tennis table, or relax in the pool (14x7 mt), or on the beach chair under the cool shade of an umbrella, and in the evening they can enjoy outside dinners with our barbecues. The residence, situated in an ideal area with respect to the many cultural and historical centres of Umbria an Tuscany, as Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Siena, Cortona, is at only 10 km from Perugia and 15 km from Lake Trasimeno.
